Every artist who has ever stepped on stage to perform has had some sort of stage fright. I think it is fair to say that even the pros can get butterflies before going up on the stage. As a musician that’s just something you have to deal with and overcome. While it is nearly impossible to overcome nervousness completely there are things you can do to help mange the symptoms and minimize the possibility of a catastrophe on stage.
